1. Service
Flair Video (flairvideo.net) is a community archive of flair bartending videos, operated by Andrea Gherardi. By accessing or using Flair Video you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Flair Video. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You sign in using Google or Facebook OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@flairvideo.net if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Content submissions
By submitting a video you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit the content (you own it or hold a valid license)
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights
- The content depicts flair bartending or closely related activities
- The content does not violate any applicable law
Flair Video reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or our community standards.
5. Community standards
You agree not to submit or post content that is:
- Illegal, defamatory, or hateful
- Harassing, abusive, or threatening toward any individual
- Spam or unrelated to flair bartending
- Misleading or deceptive
6. Intellectual property
The Flair Video website, including its design, code, and brand identity, is owned by Andrea Gherardi / Flair Video. All rights reserved.
Video content submitted by users remains the property of the respective rights holders. By submitting content, you grant Flair Video a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and archive the content within the platform.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the availability of any specific content. Video availability depends on third-party platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) and may change without notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
